          Ingredients
method (tick as you go)

                     Place chips on a baking tray and cook as per instructions.

                     In a large pan heat the oil and fry the onion and peppers for 5-10 minutes on a low heat. Add the spices, lime, tomato paste and water.

                     Bring to the boil and add in the chopped cherry tomatoes and chickpeas. Turn down heat and simmer for 10-15. Season as required.

                     Remove the chips from the oven and place on top of the stew to sever.
