Enjoy autumn flavours all year long! Our pumpkin and spinach burgers deliver rich, well-rounded flavours as well as plenty of fibre and essential vitamins. Save time by buying spiralised carrots and hummus from the supermarket, or make them yourself and save for later!


  • 1 Pumpkin & Spinach Burger
  • 80 g portion of Garlic Roasted Sweet Potato Chunks
  • 3-4 small snack peppers
  • Hummus
  • Carrot, spiralized (also possible to purchase from a supermarket)
  • Handful of spinach
  • Mixed seeds
  • Chilli flakes

    Preheat the oven to 200˚C.


    Cook the Garlic Roasted Sweet Potato Chunks and Pumpkin & Spinach Burger as per instructions on the pack.

    Spiralize the carrot.


    Slice the snack peppers and deseed. Stuff with the hummus and sprinkle with chilli flakes.


    Assemble the bowl as desired.
