Preheat the oven to 200°C.

On a baking tray add the Kale & Quinoa Burgers, cook as per instructions on the pack.

While the burgers are cooking, shred the red cabbage and carrot. Dice the scallions and chilli and combine in a bowl.

Whisk the slaw dressing and add into the bowl with the shredded and diced veg. Toss until fully incorporated.

Mix the vegan mayo and sriracha together.
