Pumpkin and Spinach Toastie

Are you looking to level-up your lunch? Grill your tomatoes by the bunch. Toast some sourdough for crunch. Red onion and cucumber for added punch. Pumpkin & Spinach, we love you so much. But, don't forget the hummus, just a touch.  

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of Strong Roots Pumpkin & Spinach 
  • Sourdough bread   
  • Hummus   
  • Grilled tomatoes   
  • Red onion      
  • Cucumber
  • method (tick as you go)

    Preheat oven to 200•C (400F)

    Cook Pumpkin & Spinach Burger as per the instructions on the box.

    Slice the tomatoes. Under a grill place the sliced sourdough bread along with tomatoes and onion.

    Remove sourdough bread once toasted and layer on hummus.

    Add the burger, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.

    Place top on, cut in two and enjoy.
