Have you tried our Cauliflower Hash Browns yet? Well if today is the day, we have the most delicious vegan brunch burger for you to whip up. With sliced cucumber and a creamy vegan slaw this crispy Cauliflower Hash Brown burger is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.


  • 4 Cauliflower Hash Browns
  • 2 seeded burger buns, toasted
  • Oatly Crème Fraiche
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Beans sprouts
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Vegan Slaw:
  • 4 tbsp of pickled red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp of vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • Salt & pepper
  • method (tick as you go)


    Preheat the oven to 200 ̊ C. Place the Cauliflower Hash Browns on a tray and oven bake as per pack instructions.


    Whilst the hash browns are cooking, slice the cucumber and shred the carrot. Add all slaw ingredients to a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Toast the burger buns.


    Once the hash browns are cooked, assemble your brunch burger as you wish.
