Spinach Bites Beet Hummus Pitas

Your favourite flat breads or pittas topped with a beet hummus, buttery ripe avocado, warm crispy Spinach Bites and some creamy cool tzatziki for a contrast of flavours, textures and temperatures. Warm or toast the pitta or flat bread for some added crunch.     


  • Half a bag of Strong Roots Spinach Bites
  • 2 - 4 pitas or flatbreads of choice
  • 3 - 4 tbsp beet hummus
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced in half
  • 2 -3 tbsp tzatziki
  • method (tick as you go)


    Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).


    Place Spinach Bites on a tray and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.


    Warm or toast flatbreads in a pan, under a grill, or in a toaster.


    Top pitas or flatbreads with hummus, tzatziki, avocado and Spinach Bites.


    Dig in, and enjoy!
