We've all had nachos, but how about BBQ'ed nacho-style fries? This recipe adds an amazing smokey, char-grilled flavour to our fries, from the barbecue. The creaminess of the guac, combined with the spicy tomato salsa and sweetness of the fries, this dish is a flavour explosion!

Pre-heat the BBQ to a medium high temperature.

Add the Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries to a metal BBQ basket and cook on the BBQ for around 15 minutes, tossing often.

Blend all the guacamole ingredients together in a food processor, season and set aside.

To make the tomato salsa, place all the salsa ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

To assemble place the fries on a serving plate, spoon over the guacamole and tomato salsa.
