Add spinach bites to tray and bake in oven as per cooking instructions.

Cut a generous slice of sourdough bread and place under oven grill for about 5 minutes until its crisps up.

Cut and peal a fresh clove of garlic. Rub into the sourdough bread. Drizzle with oil.

Remove the spinach bites from the oven. Break and spread them on to of the sourdough bread.
